What You Will Do

Our Service Engineers service Fire Alarm Systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining technical excellence. The role involves identifying and resolving issues proactively within a designated region, offering a great opportunity for experienced engineers to work with a market-leading brand and explore career advancement.

How You Will Do It

  • Provide excellent customer service, exceeding expectations and fostering strong relationships.
  • Service devices safely, avoiding injuries and property damage, and managing materials responsibly.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately.
  • Complete work reports, certificates, and checklists accurately.

Essential

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Experience in the Fire & Security industry
  • Valid driving license
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role

Preferred

Relevant industry qualifications such as 18th edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, FIA.
