The company is looking for talented and experienced Service Engineer, adept in ensuring first-class support, service and repair of the devices. You would be joining a high performing growing team and be seen as the expert in your field. You would bring a unique skillset to the table.

The wider business maintains exceptionally high-quality standards in the design and manufacturing of the next generation of devices and is keen to ensure the Field Service Engineer mirrors these standards in their own practice.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations with external partners.
  • Work with UK account to deliver service excellence and deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Undertake the service of infusion devices.
  • Deliver technical training to hospital technicians.
  • Manage the integration of infusion devices into hospital IT systems.

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:

  • 2+ Years Field Service Engineering experience with mechanical / electronic medical devices.
  • Diligent, committed and ethical in approach.
  • Cooperative and enthusiastic team player.
