Service Engineer - Midlands

We're seeking a Service Engineer to join our team at Frontline, covering the Midlands area, working with high net worth clients. Essential experience includes CCure, Lenel, or Gallagher.

Salary: Up to £36K dependent on experience + excellent OTE

Responsibilities:
  1. Repair, maintain, and service systems according to company procedures, engineer instructions, and system specifications.
  2. Ensure that any deviations from the original system specifications are documented and communicated to the Supervisor.
  3. Maintain a clean and tidy work environment on site.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction with installation, maintenance, and service visits, projecting high-quality customer service.
  5. Properly use and maintain company property, including tools, ladders, and vehicles where applicable.
Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:
  • Good basic education; relevant electrical/electronic qualification preferred or demonstrated through assessment.
  • Field Service experience.
  • Proficient IT skills (Computer literate).
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Certifications such as IPAF, ECS, CSCS, or Safety Passport are beneficial.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Technical knowledge in at least two of the following: CCTV, Intruder, Access Control & Perimeter systems, Networking.

This role is suitable for candidates within commutable distance of the West Midlands, Birmingham, Walsall, Tamworth, Dudley, Coventry.
