Role and Responsibilities
  1. Assisting colleagues
  2. Checking, repairing, and servicing customers' machines - pressure washers, scrubber driers, vacuum cleaners, etc.
  3. Checking hire machines in and out
  4. Customer interaction - telephone and in person
  5. Vehicle checks
  6. Stock control
  7. Maintenance and cleaning
  8. Administrative tasks
  9. Assisting with operations
  10. Communication and collaboration
  11. Basic data entry and record keeping
  12. Prioritising tasks
  13. Following safety procedures
Candidate Requirements

Although full training will be provided, the successful candidate will ideally have an engineering/mechanical background or interest, along with a willingness to learn new skills.

Part of the role involves administrative tasks, so organization and accuracy are key. There is also an opportunity to implement new systems and working practices if beneficial to the company.

Since the role involves regular contact with the public, both in person and on the telephone, we are looking for someone with a pleasant disposition and smart appearance.

A full clean driving license is essential as a company vehicle will be provided.
