The Job Role Details:

We are now looking for two experienced Service Engineers to join a service team.

There are two opportunities available 1) Agricultural Service Engineer 2) Groundcare Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
You will

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Agricultural & Farming machinery or Garden & Groundcare equipment.
• Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Keep accurate records of all jobs and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety procedures.
• Support the Branch Service Manager in delivering operational excellence.

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be

• Experience working on garden, groundcare, agricultural or related machinery.
• Great problem-solving skills and a knack for diagnostics.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• A self-starter who also thrives in a team.
• Full UK driving licence required.
