Service Engineer

Our Client, a highly specialised engineering company, is looking to add to their technical team by appointing a Service Engineer with knowledge of automated equipment in high volume engineering.

Role Overview

As a Service Engineer, willingness to travel and flexibility are essential. The role is predominantly Midlands-based, so you should be home more often than not. A significant portion of your work is planned in advance (e.g., preventative maintenance rather than reactive), which should help ensure a good work-life balance. On-call duties are also minimal.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven service experience within an automated manufacturing environment (e.g., Disamatic Moulding, CNC Machines, Packaging Machinery, Automated Metrology, Conveyor Systems, Robotic Welding, or similar)
• The ability to be a self-starter and manage your own workload
• The desire to progress your career and contribute new ideas to help achieve business goals

What We Offer

My client offers a generous salary of up to £35,000 with a realistic OTE of £45,000. More importantly, this role provides the opportunity to join a growing business with prospects for future progression and the chance to work independently from an early stage.
