  • Produce and maintain accurate and detailed records of service activities, inspections, maintenance schedules and compliance documentation using company systems.
  • Conduct scheduled periodic electrical inspection and testing of installed equipment in accordance with BS7671 and BS7430 regulations, electrical safety standards and relevant industry legislation.
  • Perform fault finding and diagnostics on pumps, motors, control panels, inverters and associated electrical systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of servicing, inspections, repairs, maintenance schedules and compliance activities using company systems.
  • Maintain excellent internal and external customer relations by displaying politeness, respect and co-operation with colleagues, customers, and members of the public or other road users alike. When on site, act as an ambassador of The Workdry Group, promoting the company brand, products and image
  • Work independently across customer locations, travelling directly to planned site appointments as required and attending branches for operational requirements, meetings, training or where no site work is scheduled.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties or specific tasks requested by your line manager in accordance with company policies and procedures.
