Job summary

PHS Group Ltd. is seeking a Washroom Service Driver for night shifts in Woolwich. The role involves visiting customer sites to service and exchange bins, with a company van provided and pre-planned routes. You will maintain the vehicle, complete paperwork accurately, and deliver services professionally.

The position offers a 40-hour week from 5pm to 1am, a salary of £28,000 per annum, and additional overtime/referral earning potential. Training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (12+ months) with up to 6 points.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Vaccinations against Hepatitis B, tetanus/polio and COVID-19 required; vaccinations funded by phs.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer premises in Woolwich area to collect feminine hygiene bins, nappies bins and exchange mats.
• Replenish Mayflower products as needed on site.
• Routes are pre-planned so no need to plan journeys.
• Maintain company vehicle to a high standard and report issues promptly.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Carry out services professionally and promptly.

The job …

• Visiting our customers premises in the Woolwich area to collect feminine hygiene bins, nappy bins and exchange mats service
• You may also be required to replenish other Mayflower products on our customers sites
• All routes are pre-planned, so you don't need to worry about spending time planning the journey
• Maintain company vehicle to a high standard, report any vehicle issues immediately and ensure vehicle is loaded correctly at all times
• Carry out all services in a professional and timely manner
• Report any problems encountered during the working day to the depot management team
• Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed correctly and on time

Essential requirement…

• Full UK manual Driving License for a minimum of 12 months (Subject to insurance requirements), with a maximum of 6 points.
• The successful candidate will need to meet the requirements of an enhanced DBS check.
• Due to the nature of waste we handle and the customers we service, its mandatory drivers are to have vaccinations against Hepatitis B, tetanus/polio and COVID 19- Employee vaccinations are paid for by phs.
