Job summary

phs Group Ltd. is seeking a Washroom Service Driver to operate on a fixed weekday schedule. You will follow a pre-planned daily route visiting customers to collect bins, service hygiene products, and complete compliance documents while delivering excellent customer service.

The role is physically active with a 40-hour work week from 6am to 6pm, offering a company vehicle and attractive benefits. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence held 12+ months.
• Maximum 6 points, no DR/DD/CD/TT/IN/AC endorsements in last 5 years.
• Able to work within a 6am-6pm window (40 hours per week).
• Reliable, safety-conscious and professional.
• Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer premises on a pre-planned daily route to collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins.
• Service and replace hygiene products as required.
• Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based).
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service.
• Return to the depot once a week to unload collected waste.

£12.92 per hour | £26,879 + Bonus (OTE £28,079) per year | 40 hours guaranteed

Permanent | Monday to Friday | No scheduled weekends

The Washroom Service Driver role at phs will involve:

You'll follow a pre-planned daily route visiting our customers to:

• Collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins within customer premises
• Service and replace hygiene products
• Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based)
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service
• Return to the depot once a week to unload collected waste

Routes and schedules are centrally planned to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance.

This is a physically active role suited to someone who prefers being on the move.

The ideal candidate for a Washroom Service Driver at phs will have:

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held 12+ months)
