Job summary

GAP Group Limited in Scotland is seeking a Driver to join our Welfare Services division, responsible for loading, delivering, and collecting hire equipment to customer sites in a timely, professional manner. You will demonstrate equipment if required and handle checks and administration for the hire, plus service, clean and maintain portable toilets and welfare units.

You’ll work at the depot, keeping areas tidy and ensuring fuel and maintenance standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a driving role delivering/collecting equipment to customer sites.
• Category B+E or C1+E licence with Driver CPC (≥35 hours).
• Experience in towing and a digital tachograph card is essential.
• Understanding of Health & Safety protocols and follow them in the workplace.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver and collect hire equipment to/from customer sites.
• Demonstrate equipment if required and complete relevant checks and administration.
• Service, clean and maintain portable toilets and welfare units.
• Keep depot areas clean and tidy and ensure equipment is refuelled and maintained.
