Job summary

GAP Hire Solutions in Elgin is seeking a Driver to join the Welfare Services division, responsible for loading, delivering and collecting hire equipment to customer sites in a timely, professional manner. The role includes equipment checks, refuelling and maintenance, plus on-depot duties such as keeping work areas tidy and completing necessary administration.

A Category B+E or C1+E license with Driver CPC and tachograph card is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience driving and delivering equipment to customer sites.
• Category B+E or C1+E license and Driver CPC with 35 hours minimum.
• Tachograph card and safety protocols are essential.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver and collect hire equipment to customer sites.
• Demonstrate equipment when required and perform checks and administration.
• Service, clean and maintain portable toilets and welfare units.
• Keep depot areas clean and ensure equipment is refuelled and maintained.
