Service Driver – Customer Experience Specialist | Lexus Preston

Location: Preston

Salary: £28,784.10 inclusive of OTE

What You’ll Be Doing

• Customer Vehicle Collection & Delivery: You’ll collect and return customer vehicles for servicing, representing the Lexus brand with professionalism and care every step of the way.
• Customer Handover Specialist: After service work is completed, you’ll provide a clear, friendly handover—explaining the work carried out and ensuring customers leave fully informed and completely satisfied.
• Progress Chasing & Communication: Act as the link between customers and our workshop teams. You’ll keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle and ensure timely, transparent communication throughout their journey.
• Supporting the Lexus Experience: Lexus is known for its commitment to Omotenashi—anticipating customer needs and treating them with genuine hospitality. You’ll help bring this philosophy to life in every interaction, providing an amazing experience every time.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
• A customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A professional appearance and approach, aligned with Lexus brand standards.
• Confidence, reliability, and the ability to work well independently and within a team.
• Experience in a customer-facing or automotive role is beneficial, though not essential.
