We aim to achieve this through building and providing affordable, secure homes, and supporting individuals to lead independent, fulfilled lives. We believe in equality, valuing every individual, and treating everyone with dignity and respect. Our doors are open to all.

Position:

We’re expanding our Digital Services — with residents, customers, and colleagues at the center of our efforts. We are transforming our ways of working, reimagining our spaces, and improving how we serve those most in need.

We are seeking a Service Desk Technician who is eager to make a meaningful impact. This role involves more than fixing technology — it’s about helping people, solving problems, and contributing to a larger purpose.

In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of challenges and develop creative solutions to simplify life for others.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, witnessing how your work positively impacts the BCHA community.
  • Enhance your technical skills with our support, training, and encouragement.
  • Contribute to creating supportive workplaces by applying a Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE) approach.
  • If you enjoy solving problems, learning new skills, and making a positive difference, we want to hear from you.

You will add value as part of a small team, building trusting and respectful relationships with our customers, helping them move towards independence.

BCHA Safer Recruitment: Safeguarding children and adults is our top priority. We follow safer recruitment procedures to prevent unsuitable individuals from employment. We are committed to safeguarding and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
