About the Role

We are recruiting for a full-time Service Desk Support Engineer to join our Technical 1st Line support team within the ICT department. Your role will involve delivering a customer-focused Service Desk, developing key relationships with customers to enhance service delivery and ensure satisfaction with the ICT service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide 1st line support to all Medway Council employees via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  2. Maintain practical and procedural knowledge of Microsoft Technologies.
  3. Communicate effectively with a range of senior personnel with varying technical abilities.
Requirements
  • Experience working on an ICT Service Desk.
  • Ability to navigate pressure situations calmly and positively.
