The Role

We are recruiting for a 247 Service Desk Engineer to join our Service Desk Team. This is a home-based role on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. You will come into the office once a month for team meetings and complete your initial 6-week training in the office.

Daily Responsibilities

Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, you will provide effective technical support to our contract customers. Your tasks include resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, applications, and performing network/server troubleshooting and administration. Effective communication with customers and managing technical queries in line with standards and SLAs are essential.

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in a 1st and 2nd line IT service desk or similar role
  • Experience with ITSM case management software
  • Experience using remote support tools for diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 Admin Centre, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Enterprise Networks
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Anti-Virus, Print, Mobile, and Laptop/PC Hardware
