Location: London

Salary: Up to £225 per day

A 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer is required to join a marketing-leading IT MSP that has been operating for over 20 years. They provide comprehensive IT support and technology solutions such as Office 365 applications, Cloud services, Managed Print, Cyber Security, Data Recovery, Telephony, and more. Work abroad opportunities may be available.

The Role

As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, you will provide technical support to customers, resolve complex IT issues, and ensure the seamless operation of IT environments. You will be a vital member of the Service Desk team, leveraging your IT expertise to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting targets and adhering to SLAs
  • End-to-end ownership of tickets
  • Resolving complex IT issues
  • Responding to service desk tickets
  • Providing technical guidance and support to clients

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in an MSP environment
  • Office 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint
  • Server Infrastructure and Networking
  • Hypervisors, including ESXi and HyperV
  • Server and Desktop Operating Systems
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage
