Job Description:

You will join a global IT team supporting end users across all regions, helping to shape and improve our IT services as they evolve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional network, hardware, and software support via email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person.
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions for team use.
  • Assist in developing automated ITSM processes.
  • Train end-users on applications during onboarding.
  • Collaborate across time zones and cultures, maintaining professionalism.
  • Work in a dynamic environment with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, with potential 24/7 on-call duties.
  • Travel to other Klipboard office locations as needed.
  • Participate in projects with IT infrastructure and security teams.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar, with knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Entra, and end-user device management.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve unfamiliar problems systematically.
  • Effective team player with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones and adapt to diverse cultures.
  • Knowledge of Tanium, ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL V4, MacOS administration, Microsoft Intune, networking, with relevant certifications such as CompTIA.
