Salary: Up to £135 per day (Inside IR35 – Umbrella)

Location: North of London (5 days per week onsite)

Our client, a high-profile consultancy, is seeking a Service Desk Analyst experienced in MS Office Applications, Google Workspace Applications, Windows 10/11 OS, and general IT troubleshooting. The role involves working onsite with an end client requiring SC Clearance.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Service Desk environment
• Strong IT troubleshooting skills with MS Office, Google Workspace, and Windows 10/11 OS
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work onsite 5 days a week
