Job description

Network IT is currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst, to join our client on a 12 month initial contract, outside IR35.

Our client are pivotal in supporting a range of internal and external customers, so you’ll be contributing to a busy service desk environment, with a collaborative team, who provide an excellent level of customer service.

If you have experience of supporting Microsoft technologies, in an ITIL environment, then this will be ideal for you. You must be already SC Cleared, or eligible for SC clearance to be considered.

Role: Service Desk Analyst (SC Cleared)
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: £170 per day
Status: Outside IR35
Location: Milton Keynes – 3 days per week

On call allowance in place if required!

Key skills:

  • Strong background in IT Support / Service Desk Analysis
  • Excellent attitude and customer facing skills, team player and flexible work approach
  • Strong background in supporting Microsoft Technologies: Windows / Office 365 / M365 / Active Director / Exchange / Entra
  • Working in an ITIL environment, a nice to have if ITIL Qualified
  • Use of ServiceNow as an ITSM tool
  • Must be eligible, or already SC Cleared
  • Available to work onsite 3 days per week, with willingness to do on-call when required
  • Must be a British Citizen, if you do not have a British passport, you will not be considered
