Service Desk Analyst - Bristol

An exciting opportunity to join an established Bristol based client who are seeking a new member of their Helpdesk team which support an internal user base of 700 people.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line (and some 2nd line) support via phone, email or face to face for approximately 700 internal users.
• Work to set SLA targets.
• Support is delivered on-site in Bristol with a shift pattern.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience in a 1st line role or a background in customer service with an interest and knowledge of Information Technology areas (Networking, Windows desktop environments, M365).
• Excellent training opportunities will be provided for the successful candidate.

Shift & Location

The role requires 5 days a week on-site in Bristol. The team operates a shift pattern from 7.30am to 5pm.
