A leading consulting firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their team. This role involves providing first line and some second line support to an internal user base. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support or customer service, with training opportunities provided. The position requires on-site work 5 days a week in Bristol, with a focus on achieving service level targets.
Service Desk Analyst - Bristol. An exciting opportunity to join an established Bristol based client who are seeking a new member of their Helpdesk team which support an internal user base of 700 people.
The Service Desk Analyst will be providing 1st line (and some 2nd line level) support via phone, email or face to face and will be working to set SLA targets.
This could be suitable for someone with experience in a 1st line role or perhaps someone with a background in customer service and a keen interest and knowledge of Information Technology areas such as Networking, Windows desktop environments, M365 environments etc. Excellent training opportunities will be provided for the successful candidate.
This role requires 5 days a week on-site working in Bristol. The team cover a shift pattern operating from 7.30am - 5pm.
