Service Desk Analyst

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note, the role is on-site during the probationary period. After passing, there will be one day each week for remote working.

Service Desk Analyst – Key Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Service Desk or Cloud Service Desk environment
  • 2nd Line Support experience; 3rd Line Support experience is a plus
  • Good experience with O365 (Exchange, Outlook, Teams), etc.
  • Microsoft Cloud Fundamentals Certificates, such as AZ-900
  • Microsoft Azure knowledge is advantageous
