Job description

IT Service Desk - analyst offering support for a wide array of systems and applications. This role works within a small team providing IT support for our wider business, which includes corporate and external customers. Primary support is delivered remotely over the phone.

Location - Crawley Court, Winchester.
Role is hybrid, combining home working and office presence (2-3 days per week in the office).

Must Haves:

  • Experience providing IT support
  • Proficiency with Service Management and diagnostic tools
  • Knowledge of supporting standard IT systems and technologies used in business

Key Responsibilities:

  • One week in four includes a full week of on-call duties
  • Serve as a single point of contact for customers, handling incident triage, diagnosis, escalation, and resolution
  • Provide technical support for platforms such as Active Directory, Azure, VMware, O365, ServiceNow, and others
  • Deliver excellent customer service across all communication channels
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records
  • Manage and complete service requests
  • Create and maintain IT documentation
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous but not required.
