A major telecommunications company in the UK is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide support for a variety of systems and applications. This hybrid role offers flexibility with 2-3 days in the office per week. Ideal candidates will have experience in IT support and proficiency with Service Management tools, ensuring excellent customer service delivery.
