A leading company is seeking Service Desk Analysts to join their IT support team. You will provide first-line technical support to over 65,000 colleagues, working from home four days a week and collaborating in the office one day. This role offers a chance to transition to a permanent position based on performance and includes six weeks of paid training.
You will be part of a diverse team at the forefront of the bank's digital strategy, supporting colleagues via web-chat and telephone.
Work Arrangement: You will work from home 4 days a week, with the necessary equipment provided. One day a week, you will visit our new office with free parking to collaborate with the team.
