Join Our Team As a
Service Desk Analyst , youll be the first point of contact for IT support across Cora Health. From resolving incidents and service requests to keeping colleagues updated, youll play a key role in restoring services quickly and ensuring our users have the best possible IT experience. Heres a look at your key responsibilities (full details are in the job description):
- First Point of Contact Log, categorise, and prioritise all IT incidents and service requests, resolving issues at first contact whenever possible.
- Problem Solver Investigate and diagnose issues quickly, escalating to 2nd or 3rd line support when required.
- Customer Champion Keep users informed, provide clear updates, and follow up with satisfaction checks to ensure great service.
- Communicator Notify users of changes, outages, or updates as required, ensuring clear and timely information.
- Service Improver Follow ITIL best practices, give feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
Youll join a friendly and supportive IM&T team, working closely with colleagues across the business and learning from experienced IT professionals who are passionate about great service and continuous improvement.
About You We are looking for an organised and proactive
Service Desk Analyst who enjoys helping people and solving technical issues. Youll bring:
- Experience supporting IT services, ideally using ITIL best practice A good understanding of ITIL and service management processes Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach Strong attention to detail and accurate incident logging A flexible and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment
Not essential but great if you have:
- Previous 1st line IT support experience in a Microsoft environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems & Office applications
- An ITIL Foundation certificate
