Job summary

An established industry player in the healthcare sector is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst for an exciting opportunity. This role involves providing essential desk side and remote support to end users, ensuring smooth operations across the organization. You will be responsible for troubleshooting PC hardware, software, and Microsoft operating systems, as well as managing IT assets and assisting with new IT projects. Are you an IT Service Desk Analyst looking for your next challenge?

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading non-profit healthcare organisation. This role is perfect for an IT Service Desk Analyst who can provide desk side and remote desktop support to all end users across the organisation. You will be involved in the installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of PC hardware, software, peripherals, and Microsoft operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support to end users.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of end users.
  • Maintain IT assets.
  • Identify and respond to customer requests
  • Assist in the delivery of new IT projects and upgrades, including hardware and software rollouts.
  • Log incidents and requests using helpdesk software.

This is a 3 month contract, with a strong likelihood of going permanent, offering a competitive day rate plus hybrid working arrangements. If you are passionate about IT support and want to make a difference in a healthcare setting, we would love to hear from you!
