Job summary

A leading IT support company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to resolve complex support cases and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support. The ideal candidate has experience with Windows operating systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of Active Directory. This is an on-site position focused on assisting users efficiently, with a commitment to equal opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting hardware systems and Windows operating systems.
  • Able to resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and service requests independently.
  • Experience in classifying, prioritizing, and triaging support tickets.
