A role you'll love
This position is within our GTS department in Edinburgh, supporting our global employees with IT issues. We seek candidates willing to work back shift hours (6am - 2pm) and participate in a weekend rotation (one weekend every 4-6 weeks).
You should be available to start on Monday, 22nd September 2025.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will work with a talented team to handle all first-line support for our global employees, ensuring the readiness of our critical systems.
Your responsibilities include logging incidents and requests, prioritizing tasks, and providing first contact resolution when possible. You will also ensure documentation and processes are current, suggest improvements, and explore automation opportunities to maximize efficiency.
