The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Service Designer, preferably with experience in understanding user journeys within a council environment.
Working with the Lead Service Designer, you will conduct research and analysis to understand complex journeys and touchpoints that impact the experiences of users and residents.
Collaborating with the wider team across product, delivery, and UX, you will be responsible for co-designing services that enable users across multiple areas.
You will liaise daily with various stakeholders, so strong communication skills at all organizational levels are essential to articulate the vision and translate it into actionable outcomes.
