Job summary

Areti Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Design Consultant to support a central government design practice. You will help untangle complex information and turn insights into usable services, with a focus on accessibility and user needs.

Role requires active SC clearance and offers up to £415/day inside IR35. This position is 90% remote (UK-based) with occasional on-site research trips to Croydon, Sheffield and Manchester.

Qualifications

• Experience with GDS / Gov Design System.
• Ability to make complex information understandable.
• Comfort running workshops and co-design sessions.
• Diplomacy when balancing technical, business and user needs.
