Hobson Prior is seeking a Service Demand Planning Associate for a contract role in Burgess Hill. This position involves coordinating supply and demand to ensure customer satisfaction across the UK and ROI. You will support capacity forecasting and planning to meet strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Use digital tools to monitor service demand and supply regularly.
2. Address potential supply and demand issues by considering various solutions.
3. Collaborate with different teams to resolve supply challenges.
4. Provide insights during weekly meetings to help manage demand and make allocation decisions.
5. Ensure data quality for optimal process performance.
6. Follow procedures for all service activities to maintain an effective management system.
7. Foster communication and engagement within the organization.

Key Skills and Requirements:
