Circet UK’s Home division is currently seeking to recruit Service Delivery Technicians to provide resources to our clients. Telecommunications Technicians are responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephone, and TV services.

The normal hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including Saturdays. The work may involve considerable travel time and work outside of office hours without additional remuneration.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete all work to the required quality standard as applied by Circet Home, aligned with best practices and client requirements.
• Complete Fibre/Copper Installations & Surveying/Repairing Orders.
• Conduct Site Inspection Evaluations, including Traffic Management.
• Educate customers on installed services, ensuring all services operate to customer satisfaction.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction.
• Respond professionally and effectively to customer requests and inquiries.
• Continuously develop professional skills through required training.
• Comply with company fleet policy.
• Follow current health and safety regulations, including H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks.
• Operate tools safely and ensure work activities comply with environmental regulations.

Skills & Experience required – Full Training is Provided:

• Full UK Manual Drivers Licence.
• Ability to manage technical work in the field with minimal supervision.
• Ability to interpret technical issues from non-technical customer descriptions.
• Skill in diagnosing and repairing existing equipment.
• Good communication skills and effective prioritization of tasks.
• Confidence working under tight timescales.
• Experience dealing with external stakeholders and effective communication.
• Experience implementing, following, and modifying procedures for service delivery.
• Understanding of client’s quality requirements.
• IT skills for liaising with group works control.
• Professional, self-motivated, with good communication skills, and able to integrate into the delivery team.

Physical requirements:

• Ability to lift objects regularly.
• Respond quickly to sounds and dangerous situations.
• Safely climb ladders carrying up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortably bend and stretch.
• Ability to work alone.
• Properly wear personal protective gear most of the day.
