An opportunity for an IT support technician to join one of the most prominent and modern legal firms based in Lincoln. You will join as a Service Delivery Technician and will be responsible for resolving incidents, supporting office and home-based staff, and meeting service delivery demands. You will also ensure that hardware and software are functioning correctly.

Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to end-user support requests via our helpdesk system.
  2. Provide technical support and fault diagnosis.
  3. Install and configure new IT equipment.
  4. Support mobile phone use for the business.
  5. Resolve incidents with printers, copiers, and scanners.
  6. Maintain utilities to protect against malware.
  7. Implement security measures such as BitLocker and NTFS permissions.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Formal qualification in an IT-related field.
  2. Proven experience in supporting users.
  3. Familiarity with Windows systems and common issues.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge across various IT areas.
  5. Experience in desktop support and installation.
  6. Hardware and Windows OS knowledge.
  7. Knowledge of Active Directory/Group Policy, Virtualization, Citrix, TCP/IP, Windows Server, Wi-Fi.
