We are Circet IRE & UK, Europe’s leading telecommunications infrastructure provider. Our Installs Division is now seeking dedicated and professional Service Delivery Technicians to operate in the field at residential customer premises across various regions in England & Scotland.

We are at the forefront of the UK’s ongoing rollout of full fibre broadband to homes and businesses, driven by our outstanding team. We seek motivated Engineers who share our passion for technology and ambition to lead in the global telecommunications market.

Working on behalf of our Internet Service Providers and their residential customers, you will deliver cutting-edge full fibre broadband installation and repair services, focusing on a seamless customer experience and upholding Circet’s high standards of health & safety.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Organize your daily and weekly work schedule to ensure timely and efficient fibre installations and repairs, aligning with client expectations and business goals.
  2. Work outdoors in physically demanding roles, potentially in adverse weather, to complete multiple installations daily.
  3. Maintain high customer service standards by ensuring all interactions with residents, clients, and third-party stakeholders are professional and solution-focused.
  4. Perform full fibre installations, including surveying, testing, troubleshooting, adhering to quality and industry standards.
  5. Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility, infrastructure conditions, and provide risk assessments, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
  6. Participate in team meetings, providing feedback and collaborating to improve performance and customer experience.
  7. Meet Circet’s safety standards, proactively identifying and managing potential risks.
  8. Resolve client and customer complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining strong relationships and satisfaction.
  9. Perform other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing needs.

Requirements:
  • Ability to perform in physically demanding roles, including pole/ladder climbing (up to 15 meters), working underground, and manual handling in adverse weather.
  • Full Clean UK Driving License (Manual).
  • Basic DBS Check.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to interpret customer requirements, regardless of technical knowledge.
  • Telecoms background is preferred, but training will be provided for the right attitude and transferable skills.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety in engineering.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
Additional Information:
  • Normal hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday every four weeks. Travel outside of hours may be required without additional pay.
