Job description

This newly established role is designed to support our ongoing expansion and will evolve dynamically to meet the changing needs of the service.

As Team Administrator, you will handle key administrative tasks previously undertaken by our Operational Team Managers, Operational Leads, and Head of Service. Your contribution will enable our leadership team to dedicate more time to effectively supporting, developing, and managing their teams.

While certain administrative duties will remain with Team Managers, your role will be pivotal in enhancing efficiency and streamlining operational processes.

Key Responsibilities: The Service Delivery Team Administrator will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including but not limited to:

  1. Meeting Coordination & Documentation
  2. Operational Support
  3. Communication & Scheduling

BrisDoc operates the SevernSide IUC Service, providing integrated urgent healthcare services including:

  1. NHS111 across BNSSG
  2. 24/7 face-to-face urgent care appointments at dedicated treatment centres throughout Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire
  3. A responsive, mobile home-visiting urgent care service
  4. Specialist clinical telephone triage delivered by our multi-disciplinary clinical team

Qualifications and Training

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience in a professional, customer-focused environment
  • Experience in multidisciplinary teams

Skills, Abilities & Attributes

  • Strong organisation and multitasking
  • Clear instruction and motivation of others
  • Quick to understand service KPIs
  • Familiarity with Adastra
