Job summary

InPost is seeking self-employed Service Delivery Partners across the UK. You'll manage your own van, plan routes, and deliver parcels to customers, six days a week, with independence to grow your own business.

You'll be responsible for van maintenance, service performance, compliance and driver pay for those who work with you. Training is provided and earnings can be substantial for ambitious partners, with potential to earn up to £25 per hour per parcel.

Qualifications

• Must own a 3.5 tonne van
• Your own team of drivers and fleet of vans
• Goods in transit and public liability insurance
• Limited Company registered
• Full UK or EC/EEA valid driver's licence
• Right to work documentation
• Support for your drivers to ensure the successful delivery of our parcels, 6 days a week

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels safely and on time across allocated district
• Plan routes, collect parcels from your local Service Centre, scan and load them into your van
• Drive and deliver parcels to customers; manage driver payments for your team if applicable

Service Delivery Partner

Inpost is one of the UK's largest parcel delivery networks, delivering millions of parcels every week across the UK, including to over 10,000 parcel lockers.

As the number of deliveries continues to grow, we are always looking to partner with more independent subcontractors and distribution businesses who can help get our parcels where they need to be, when they need to be there. We operate all over the country, so it doesn't matter where you're based. If you're a local delivery company or a start-up looking to take on more deliveries, we need you to help us expand our reach.

As a Service Partner with InPost, you'll be given a set district for you or your team to deliver in. You'll need to deliver every item safely and on time. After all, you'll be responsible for looking after your business, covering everything from van maintenance, service performance, compliance and driver pay for those who have a team.

We pay competitively for your services

Potential to earn up to £25p/h (paid per parcel). Want to take on other areas? No problem! For anyone who is ambitious, the opportunities to earn are huge! There are plenty of parcels to be delivered and money to be earned as one of our Service Delivery Partners.

We'll give you your own tour

You can plan your own route and will be allocated a specific tour where you will deliver each day. You will collect your parcels from your local Service Centre, scan and load them on to your own van(s) and then get out on the road.

We'll support you and help you grow your own business

You get all the independence of being self-employed, plus we will provide full training. We will give you all the tools to grow your own business if you wish with extra drivers, extra parcels, and more money!

What you need to show us

We are looking to partner with high-performing delivery drivers with a passion for achieving results.
