Service Delivery Manager - RAF Marham
  • £32,000 per annum
  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • Managing Catering, Cleaning, Retail and Hotel Services.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Our ideal Service Delivery Manager will:
  • Knowledge of working in a management role within the soft FM service industry
  • Leadership skills and knowledge
  • Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service and be financially and commercially astute
  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Good computer skills
  • Interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills
  • A 'Can do' attitude
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Promoting a safety culture and ensuring our teams are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures
  • Managing labour, equipment & resources budget
  • Ensuring the Services operation continually improves
  • Ensuring our teams are engaged and managed effectively
  • Ensuring the delivery and quality of the Facilities, Catering and Retail operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company procedures
  • Managing any third-party suppliers or contractors as required ensuring they meet or exceed the agreed service level agreements
