Service Delivery Manager (Days)


Salary: £40,000, with an annual performance bonus plus Veolia benefits and pension


Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday


Location: Westminster (across our Municipal contracts)

What you'll be doing:

  • Organise resources (people, vehicles, equipment) to optimise service delivery and prioritise the well-being of our people and communities.
  • Ensure training and competency checks are in place for all roles.
  • Monitor operational performance, address complaints, and solve operational challenges.
  • Deliver a first-time collection culture and meet all contractual KPIs.
  • Lead our team and assets to deliver/exceed service expectations.
  • Develop strong relationships with client officers and residents based on trust and service quality.
  • Ensure operations comply with Veolia standards and improvement plans.
  • Investigate safety incidents, underperformance, and disciplinary issues.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in developing and mentoring teams
  • Waste management experience (desirable)
  • Stakeholder relationship management skills, including with clients, contractors, and community members
  • IOSH Managing Safely certification (desirable)
