Job Description:

Cyber Security Delivery Manager | Permanent | UK Remote | £50,000 p.a

Peaple Talent has partnered with a reputable consultancy in the UK seeking to recruit a Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

The client is based in South West England but is hiring remotely due to the client-facing nature of the role.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about cybersecurity and skilled in building meaningful client relationships.

The role involves guiding clients towards better security practices, maximizing service value, and clarifying complex challenges.

Ideal candidates will have a background in cybersecurity operations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a growth mindset, eager to contribute to evolving technical solutions and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily client operational engagement, maintain regular communication, and provide service updates.
  • Assist the sales team in client retention, supporting renewal processes for CSOC contracts.
  • Investigate security events, produce incident reports, and address client concerns to mitigate risks.
  • Create and update internal technical documentation to improve workflows.
  • Support operational troubleshooting and resolution of challenges.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, understanding their operations, risks, and supporting early service adoption.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Generate comprehensive customer reports, analyzing service performance, threat trends, investigations, SLAs, ingestion data, and vulnerabilities.
  • Work with engineering to identify and implement service enhancements and technical upgrades.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on optimizing their use of services.
Key Experience Required:
  • Strong understanding of SOC environments, SIEM, and SOAR tools for cyber threat response.
  • Microsoft Security certifications or equivalent experience demonstrating technical expertise.
  • Interest in current cybersecurity trends, threats, attacker techniques, and vulnerabilities.
  • Knowledge of frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and familiarity with ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft security technologies, especially Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, and Defender XDR.
