Cyber Security Delivery Manager | Permanent | UK Remote | £50,000 p.a

Peaple Talent has partnered with a reputable consultancy in the UK to recruit a Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

The client is based in the South West of England but is hiring remotely due to the client-facing nature of this role.

The client seeks a Technical Service Delivery Manager to guide clients towards better security practices, maximize service value, and clarify complex challenges.

They are looking for someone with a background in cybersecurity operations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a growth mindset—someone eager to contribute to evolving technical solutions and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operational engagement with clients, maintaining ongoing communication and providing regular updates.
  • Assist the sales team in client retention by supporting CSOC contract renewals.
  • Investigate potential security incidents, generate reports, and resolve client issues to reduce risk.
  • Create and maintain internal technical documentation to improve workflows.
  • Support operational troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new clients, understanding their operations and risks, and supporting early service adoption.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Contribute to customer reports, including performance analysis, threat trends, and SLA metrics.
  • Work with engineering to identify and implement service improvements.
  • Provide expert guidance to optimize client service usage.
Key Experience Required:
  • Experience with Security Operations Centres (SOC), SIEM, and SOAR tools for threat detection and response.
  • Microsoft Security certifications or equivalent experience demonstrating technical expertise.
  • Interest in current cybersecurity trends, threats, and vulnerabilities.
  • Knowledge of frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft security tools, especially in Azure, including Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR.
