We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Digital team and take ownership of delivering high-quality, reliable, and secure services across the enterprise. This is your opportunity to make a real impact, ensuring service excellence, managing key supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement across our End User Compute function.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Ensuring seamless service delivery and system support aligned with SLAs.
  • Managing third-party suppliers and ensuring they deliver on strategic and commercial commitments.
  • Leading a customer-centric team focused on service availability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
  • Driving service insight and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
  • Championing continuous improvement and innovation across service operations.
  • Acting as a voice of the customer—gathering feedback and turning it into action.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in service delivery and supplier management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • A deep understanding of Service Management frameworks and principles.
  • Experience in managing service assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
