Job summary

Bupa Place, Salford Quays is seeking a Service Team Manager for a 6-month fixed-term, full-time hybrid role combining 2 days in the office. The position offers £31,750 per year with a focus on leading frontline customer service teams, driving performance and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work within the Service Admin Support function, coaching teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting digitisation and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline customer service or operational teams.
• Proven leadership, coaching and development capabilities.
• Strong track record of improving processes and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline customer service teams to deliver service excellence.
• Drive workload planning and resource management for operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Support, Payments and wider functions to improve service delivery.
• Build partnerships with third-party suppliers and outsourced teams.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
