Job Description:

Service Delivery Lead (SDL) Band 5 Nurse – Private Research Torquay

Pulse Nursing Agency is working with a research client on a project in Torquay, focusing on blood tests in the community, starting ASAP.

We seek Band 5 Registered Nurses to join a team of 20 healthcare professionals. The clinics are mobile, with locations changing every 5 weeks.

Successful SDLs will spend four days at other sites to understand service operations, observe processes, and build confidence, ensuring consistent patient experience and embedding culture.

The role offers competitive pay: Mon-Fri £29.14/hr, Sat £33.09/hr, Sun & BH £37.50/hr.

As a Service Delivery Lead, you will:

  • Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
  • Ensure quality care, clinical governance, and compliance targets are met
  • Support staff attendance and scheduling
  • Act as the first escalation point for operational issues

Requirements:

  • At least one year of blood-drawing experience
