Job Description:

Pulse Nursing Agency is working with a research client on a project in St Helens, focused on community blood testing, starting ASAP.

We seek Band 5 Registered Nurses to join a team of 20 healthcare professionals. The clinics are mobile, with locations changing every 5 weeks.

Successful Service Delivery Leads will spend four days at different sites to understand the service, observe processes, and build confidence in delivery, ensuring consistency and embedding the desired culture.

The role offers competitive pay: Mon-Fri £29.14, Sat £33.09, Sun & BH £37.50.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
  • Ensure quality care, clinical governance, and compliance targets are met
  • Support staff attendance and scheduling
  • Act as the first escalation point for operational issues
Requirements:
  • At least one year of blood sample collection experience
  • Service Delivery Lead experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Right to Work in the UK
