Job Description:

Pulse Nursing Agency is working with a research client on a project in Caterham, aimed at carrying out blood tests in the community, starting ASAP.

We are seeking Band 5 Registered Nurses to join a team of 20 healthcare professionals. The clinics are mobile, with locations changing every 5 weeks.

Successful Service Delivery Leads will spend four days at other sites to understand the service, observe processes, and build confidence in delivery. This ensures consistent patient experience and embeds behaviors and culture.

The role offers competitive pay rates: Mon-Fri £29.14, Sat £33.09, Sun & BH £37.50.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
  • Ensuring quality care, clinical governance, and compliance targets are met
  • Supporting staff attendance and scheduling
  • Serving as the first escalation point for operational queries
Requirements:
