Job Description:

Pulse Nursing Agency is working with a research client on a project in Dorset, focusing on community blood testing, starting ASAP.

We seek Band 5 Registered Nurses to join a team of 20 healthcare professionals. The clinics will be mobile, with locations changing every 5 weeks.

Successful Service Delivery Leads will spend four days at other sites to understand operations, observe processes, and build confidence in delivery, ensuring consistency and embedding culture.

The role offers competitive pay: Mon-Fri £29.14 / Sat £33.09 / Sun & BH £37.50.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
  • Ensure quality care, meet governance and compliance targets, and ensure safe, seamless services
  • Support staff attendance and scheduling
  • Handle operational queries as the first point of escalation
Requirements:
  • At least one year of blood drawing experience
  • Service Delivery Lead experience (preferred but not required)
