Job Description:

Pulse Nursing Agency is proud to be working with one of our research clients on a project based in Retford. The project involves carrying out blood tests in the community, starting ASAP.

We are seeking Band 5 Registered Nurses to join a team of 20 healthcare professionals. The clinics will be on mobile sites, with locations changing every 5 weeks.

Successful Service Delivery Leads will have the opportunity to spend four days at other sites to understand the service operations, observe processes, and build confidence in leadership. This helps ensure a consistent patient experience and embeds the desired behaviors and culture throughout the contract.

The role offers competitive pay rates: Mon-Fri £29.14/hr, Sat £33.09/hr, Sun & BH £37.50/hr.

Responsibilities of the Service Delivery Lead:
  • Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
  • Ensure quality care, clinical governance, and compliance targets are met
  • Support staff attendance and scheduling
  • Act as the first point of escalation for operational queries
Candidate requirements:
  • At least one year’s experience drawing blood
  • Service Delivery Lead experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Right to Work in the UK
