Pulse Nursing Agency is working with a research client on a project in Retford, aimed at community blood testing, starting ASAP.

We seek Band 5 Registered Nurses to join a team of 20 healthcare professionals. The clinics are mobile, changing locations every 5 weeks.

Successful Service Delivery Leads will spend four days at other sites to understand service operations, observe processes, and build confidence, ensuring consistent patient experience and embedding culture.

The role offers competitive pay rates: Mon-Fri £29.14, Sat £33.09, Sun & BH £37.50.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
• Ensuring quality care, clinical governance, and compliance targets are met
• Supporting staff attendance and scheduling
• Serving as the first escalation point for operational queries

Requirements:

• At least one year of blood-drawing experience
