Planteria Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager based at our Henham office to lead Planning and Helpdesk teams, delivering reliable, efficient, and profitable service across the UK. You’ll drive client experience, implement performance metrics, and collaborate with Regional Managers to continuously improve our service operations while ensuring contract commitments are met.

• Experience leading planning, scheduling, service delivery or operational support teams.
• Data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Experience using field service, scheduling or route optimisation systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day planning and scheduling of contracted service visits across the UK.
• Drive client experience through fast response and resolution times.
• Identify service risks and coordinate rapid recovery plans.
• Improve service contract gross profit through efficient planning and route optimisation.
• Coach and develop Planning, Helpdesk and Super Users to high performance.
• Ensure effective use of Dynamics 365 Field Service and optimisation tools.
• Develop service delivery processes, KPIs, dashboards and standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges.
