Pinnacle are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Service Delivery Helpdesk Team.
You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Wickford. Our Soft FM team is responsible for a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained. The Helpdesk assists with the smooth running and admin for these teams.
The Helpdesk Administrator supports our regional management team by acting as the primary interface with company systems and processes. You'll be responsible for accurate data input, operational troubleshooting, and ensuring effective use and compliance across our platforms.

This is a hybrid role where you will work Monday to Wednesday in the office then remote on Thursdays and Friday.
